An inspiring flashback to a week full of impact

Last month, RGF Connect launched its very first Global Week of Impact, a groundbreaking campaign uniting nine countries and teams across the globe. The focus? Creating real opportunities for people facing barriers to employment, restoring their dignity, and opening doors to work. The results were impressive, proving the strength of unity and shared purpose. Time for a look back!
From all over the world we hear inspiring stories. To pick a few:
- In Germany senior citizens rediscovered their purpose.
- In Hong Kong we partnered with AIESEC, the world’s largest youth-led nonprofit organization, and 150+ students with barriers to discuss impactful careers and offer tips for driving change.
- In the USA foster youth received critical job readiness support.
- In the Netherlands, efforts focused on workshops for youth with barriers, volunteer activities, job seeker engagement, and discussions on inclusive hiring. These initiatives also resulted in 10 new partnerships with clients and community organizations.
- In Japan individuals with disabilities inspired their colleagues with their stories on inclusiveness.
Strengthening client relationships
Beyond the heartwarming moments during the RGF Connect Global Week of Impact, our operating companies strengthened their client relationships. “We’re now expanding our network and advancing new partnerships to enhance our work-readiness solutions. All to ensure this momentum continues, so that we can help more people with barriers. And perhaps most importantly, we’re embedding RGF Connect into the very core of our business and operations”, says Melissa Fulmore-Hardwick, Global Head of RGF Connect.
A week full of impact: the facts & figures!
- 114 initiatives and events held across the globe
- 2,456+ participants (jobseekers, students, community members) engaged
- 750 RGF Staffing employees volunteered their time and talent
- 85+ partners collaborated to expand our reach
- 993+ individuals received direct work-readiness support
Contribution to social sustainability strategy
Above all, the RGF Connect Global Week of impact showed once and again that employment has the power to transform lives and strengthen the business of our clients, as Melissa states. “Within two years we created a global movement creating pathways to meaningful employment. RGF Connect evolved into a globally integrated solution that helps companies meet talent demands while creating real impact in the communities we serve. On a daily basis, our employees put into practice how they can contribute to their clients' social sustainability strategy. Our unified approach across brands and countries ensures both consistency and adaptability, so we can meet local needs while delivering measurable global impact.” This reflects exactly our belief when we started RGF Connect: create local ripples around the world, which causes a global wave.
