RGF Connect launches the Global Week of Impact from 2 - 6 June 2025

RGF Connect is the global social program of RGF Staffing and its operating companies. The program supports people who are experiencing barriers in the labor market. It's about equal opportunities, fair chances and empowerment for all. Through our local RGF Connect initiatives, we support people with education, training and employment opportunities – building bridges and breaking down barriers.

A week full of impact

During the RGF Connect Global Week of Impact, we boost our corporate responsibility by delivering meaningful work-readiness initiatives across all operating companies, including our headquarters. The activities include:

• Roadshows and interactive workshops led by dedicated employee volunteers
• Job application support and talent assessments that prepare candidates
• Strategic partnerships with community organizations to enhance workforce readiness
• Education and upskilling sessions tailored to empower jobseekers
• Promotion of career opportunities and pathways to employment
• Mentorship activities designed to build confidence and employability

The path to meaningful employment
