RGF Connect Global Week of Impact 2026 8-12 June
08/06/2026

Today we are celebrating the third anniversary of RGF Connect, the global social program of RGF Staffing and all its operating companies. It is the perfect day to set in motion our RGF Connect Global Week of Impact 2026.

The RGF Connect Global Week of Impact 2026 will be a week full of activities and events centered around the theme ‘Building Bridges to Employment’, explains Melissa Fulmore-Hardwick, Global Head of RGF Connect. “We turn purpose into action for people facing barriers to employment. Through local initiatives, work-readiness support, job matching, and strong partnerships that open doors to real job opportunities.”

RGF Connect: 3 years of impact on a growing scale

Over the first 3 years of RGF Connect, we have focused on creating equal opportunities and empowerment for all. The communities and individuals we have supported so far include seniors or retirees, people with mental and physical disabilities, women facing challenges in the labor market, migrants and other underrepresented groups, ex-offenders reintegrating into society, and young adults (18 - 25 years old) experiencing barriers entering the labor market.

Melissa highlights the growing scale of the workforce impact across these communities and individuals, driven by the global RGF Connect framework for inclusive hiring over the past years. “In our fiscal year 2024, April 2024 - March 2025, RGF Staffing supported 56,589 placements from our impacted communities, provided work-readiness training to 2,965 participants, and delivered 27 total programs across all operating companies. This impact grew significantly in our fiscal year 2025, April 2025 - March 2026, to 139,018 placements, with 10,612 work-readiness participants. Of those, 2,577 were placed directly into employment. And 42 programs were delivered by our operating companies.”

A global wave

The many local ripples created by RGF Connect have, without exaggeration, truly turned into a global wave. The Global Week of Impact 2026 reflects this through a wide range of events and activities organized by our operating companies. Some – but not all – of the activities include:
